Like it a latte

Hello all. I have done a card and an explosion box to go with it. inside explosion box I am going to put a sachet of hot chocolate and a couple mint chocolates... if I don't eat them first.!!! Card stock I used is Groovy Guava, Very Vanilla and Close to cocoa.

I also wanted to share this scrapbook page with my stamping friends who visit me... this is my brother (Stefan) and his wife (Nic) with my kids taken about 3 years ago.... aren't they going to make wonderful parents!

Can someone help me??

I am on the scrounge for a stamped image of a pregnant lady. I am not allowed to share any info at the moment as all the appropriate people haven't been informed. So if any of you lovely ladies that stalk my blog have an image that you wouldn't mind stamping off, I would love to hear from you....

This cupcake idea came from one of the many blogs I stalk... if it was yours, thank you for the idea of stacked up cup cakes. This was the first time I have used this set and think the outcome is great.

Fun & Fast Notes

This is the last "girl" baby card....

Hopefully I will get time to stamp again later this afternoon, have got a nice stash of cards that I have done lately all ready to post on here.

I am off now while hubby sleeps, (he has night shift tonight) around the corner now to visit a friend who sprained her ankle.. then about 5 houses down from her is a girl I work with who is also layed up from having a knee operation. If I time it to perfection, then I will come home around 4ish and stamp until late tonight.!!! Yephee... cant wait!!

Bundle of Joy

Well another day of successful shopping. My eldest daughter is well equipped with clothes for the winter. I myself have decided that I am a paper addict. Yes I hang my head in shame, I know there are worse addictions than that, but honestly, if you all saw how many beautiful pieces of 12x12 paper I have for a rainy day, you would all be horrified!! I just can't stop myself!! The little voice that is nagging to me every time I buy more is saying "But you are a stamper by nature, not a scrapper, you have enough to open a store"... Needless to say I ignore that voice. But I did learn one thing today... not to take anytime off during the school holidays... it has cost me a small fortune!!

Girl's baby card

I have just finished a series of three girl baby cards. Here is the first one using Simple Somethings and Baroque Mofits.

I am taking tomorrow off work, whipping up the road to NP and meeting Sharlene (my up line) for a celebration lunch (we got in the top ten demo's in NZ). I also have a tonne of cutting to prepare for classes, but will try to take photos of other two girl baby cards and post tomorrow

Bodacious Bouquet

I don't use this set as much as I should.. I really like it but sometimes struggle to do cards with it, especially when I have a heap of new sets calling out to me!!

DS Paper - Brocade Background

Had a great weekend away with the kids. But was itching to get home to create some cards and do a wedding planner for one of my good friends who is getting married next year.

I used all Stampin' Up! product, DS - Brocade Background paper and Baroque Mofits stamp set.

"Oh my Goodness" and that's putting it mildly to what really came out my husbands mouth!!!

In the last two days I have had 6 big parcels waiting for me when I got home from work. I can safely say that it was not all mine... (only about a quarter of it)... I am like a pig in mud here at the moment and there are also a few very happy ladies in South Taranaki.

I can't wait to get all the stamps mounted and start creating. It wont happen until after the weekend.. I am off tomorrow to High School Musical with the girls.

Have a great weekend

Simple Somethings "Smelly Gel Card"

Yes and it really is smelly!! I found this really cool hand wash that had orange specks through it that matched my Pumpkin cardstock perfectly.
After these photos I think I may have fixed my poor photo color ... I had it on the wrong setting (I think).
Will try to get a few more posts on before the weekend... I am taking the girls to High School Musical concert... good for a few bribes I think!!

Heartfelt Thanks

After seeing Lou's blog with the chalkboard technique I got all inspired and decided to finally give it a go. My photo is crap but hey it looks awesome in real life.
This would be a great tech. to teach in class. I also stamped over image with Linen background stamp and versamark which gives the flower that extra pizazz.

Polka Dots & Paisley

YAhoooo, my mojo is back, hopefully it's here to stay for a while. Wow 3 postings in one day! I have a feeling that there will be more to come.
I have two house guests arriving from Australia tonight, my mother inlaw and sister inlaw. They are staying for a week. Should be interesting, I had a nice lady turn up yesterday and my youngest asked her if she was her nana jackson from Aussie!!! The last time Bee saw here nana was when she was 2yrs, so I dont expect she would remember her,,, it was funny though!
I have scrubbed the house from top to bottom and now have the afternoon free to stamp!
Have a great weekend.

Lou's image

Sorry, but I had to sneak this non SU stamp in. It was an image that my wonderful Lou stamped off for me. Lou is the one person who is worse than me that I know who spends $$$$ on stamp sets. I love getting goodies like this that I can color in.

I was on a roll last night while watching TV in my craft room... yes... the hubby has set a TV up in there for me... mmmm all I need is a bed!! LOL.

Loads of Love

Hello, yes I'm back... well sort of... my stamping mojo went on holiday again... But after a comment from LeAnne I thought I'd better try without it! This card is for my father who isnt 100% at the moment.
So what's been happening??? I am currently waiting patiently for my SU goodies to arrive.. my poor credit card got a hammering this time round that it made my eyes water... but hey... a girl can never have too much stamps!!!
In the meantime one of my wonderful SBS6 sister Joani sent me her catty to ponder over, very cool. Hugs to you Joani.
