Hiho, My computer is back and working at 100% thanks to someone who knows far more about computers than me!!! (well that's not that hard! Ok, so here I am back again, the rain has stopped and it's sunny as outside... and what am I doing??? yep playing! This is a newish image from Delicious Doodles called Holly Fairy. I must say I was stoked when Christy asked me to be a guest designer for 6 weeks for Tiddly Inks. So the pressure is on now to come up with some worthy cards to go on Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog! Hello!! well only one day to work and then roll on the weekend. This must be the first weekend in a long time that I haven't got anything planned! Fingers crossed it rains.. or I may have to go out in the garden.. talking about garden.. I picked my first strawberry of the season about 10 minutes ago... and quickly shoved it in my mouth before the kids seen!! LOL Don't worry.. OK, so its Sunday morning, went to swim comps with Cam, she got 2 firsts and 2 seconds, beating 3 out of 4 personal times. Great. Tooth (or should I say hole) still hurts, but today will be a crafting day, so that will get my mind off it.

This is another Mo Manning images I bought the other day "heartless. I love how she coloured up, and she has the same look on her face Cam has when I'm ranting at her! LOL. I plan on giving this to her teacher at the end of the term for doing such an amazing job with her at school, and also do a bag of truffles as a thank you gift.

This is my first DT card for Bizzy Becs, about now I am feeling very grateful that I am on such wonderful DTs. I was bored silly when I stepped down from two wonderful teams thinking that I needed time out.. and went from making 13 cards a month to 5...(whooa, to much time on my hands!). Drastic measure needed... jump in MIC and now Bizzy Becs. I couldn't be any happier, both are located in Australia, just a short plane ride across the ditch!, (funny how I cant get on any NZ DT's).... I am now back up to 8 cards a month... bliss.

My horrible day!

OK, so I have to share this... I needed a tooth pulled today... so off I go to the dentist who happens to be on the second floor.. you head up the steps and at the top turn right to the massage parlour (where massage is the last thing on men's minds.. never did get why its called that!) or turn left to the dum dum dum.... dentist!~

So while I'm sitting in the waiting room, gazing out the window... listening to the poor sod in the next room get the drill, feeling uncomfortable wishing I had of gone to the toilet just one more time .... I see Viv!!! VIV I felt like yelling.. look up... and come up and save me.. or at least hold me down and stop me from running out the door!.... and then I see my cousin Marise, who has a fear reeking out of her pores just thinking of the dentist..(mmm must run in the family).

But alas... my time had come.... it was like walking the green mile (if you have seen that movie). Finally in the chair, tray whipped in front of me... no escape now.... out comes the needle as big as my forearm.. I kid you not!!!! ouch ouch.... then next thing out comes the pliers (probably a proper name for these,,, but hell it does the same thing) ... guess what.. that damn tooth broke at the gum line....NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. so 10 minutes of drilling the tooth out of the gum, blood splatter on my forehead, I am now home, still shaking with fear, and knowing that when this friggin injection wears off I am going to be in a shit load of pain.

Right.. if you have read through all of this.. well done. I applaud you. I am hoping the codine (oh yeah baby) will put me in a happy place and I might try and see if I can create a card.. but most likely it will just knock me out!

Ok... so a couple nights ago I got really really bored.. mmm what is a girl to do but go shopping in the comfort of her PJs! I also got given some paper from my friend Denise who had some Graphic 45 that she didnt like..OMG I love it.... and so... I now have 4 cards to show you.

I should have known that when I took a day off work to be with the girls that I would be a taxi driver again!!! Well here is Bee's card. I have a folder that I have printed out any digi I purchase and any stamps that I have bought are stamped on card just for Bailee to grab as she feels like without having to ask me to stamp or print of images for her.... so anyway... today I introduced her to art of following a sketch. I grabbed Viv and we took off to Wanganui for the morning to meet up with Hastings Rubber Stamps doing make n takes etc using Marianne Design Dies. Well hey... guess what.... imagine my joy when Teri from Delicious Doodles asked me to join her design team!!! I jumped right in boots and all and created this door hanger for my lovely 8yold who sometimes isn't a little angel!!!!!!, I thought she could put this on her door when she was in a mood!! LOL.... Sassy Cheryl - Fall Colours - last post

Another week has flown by and this will be my last post for Sassy Cheryl's. I have decided to step down after being one of the original sassy sista DT members. I will miss the ladies immensely and will be checking up on them regularly, but I feel it is time to move on and hopefully this will give another lady a wonderful opportunity to join a fantastic design team.

Anyhoo..this week I have used my all time favourite Sassy Cheryl image "Button flower", (bet the girls would have guessed what image I would use!!!) for our challenge this week at Sassy Cheryl's challenge "fall colours".So jump on over and see what the amazingly gifted ladies have created.

It has been a fantastic year for us at Southern Girls Challenge and we are ready for another one!
We are on the hunt for a few more DT Members to join our happy little group. If you think you may be interested, check out the following info..........

We are an open blog so any type of paper crafters can apply.

We are a fortnightly challenge and the team is split into 2 groups so you are only required to do 1 project per month.

We have lots of fabulous sponsors and sometimes they give us images to work with (YAY) you are in no way obligated to use these images but it is cool if you do :)

We are pretty chatty, about loads of stuff not just crafting, so be prepared to work those fingers in our group message center.

Yep, I feel like since I went away I have had no time to sit and play and relax!!! its been full on at the moment, at work and home. My daughter has now ramped up her swimming practice to 6 times a week (3 of them are 6.30am!!!), so needless to say I am so looking forward to the weekend.... where I will have one day off from running kids around!

Ohhhh guess what... I can stop stalking my postman now! Yep, my sugar has arrived from Funky Kits!!! Much to husbands disgust I am colouring tonight (he thinks I should be glued to the tv like him watching Rugby World Cup).

Monday afternoon... one day down... 4 to go till the weekend... yep that about sums up my workday so far!!! And its only going to get worse! Lucky I have my craft room to retreat in when I get home! Well another weekend has rolled on in, geez that week went fast! It was a beautiful spring day here today (although its looking rather crappy outside now!). So while my roast is cooking filling the house with yummy smells I decide to have another play with Viv's stamps.
