After adding glitter to this sparkly boy I decided to add silver to his wings.. the picture really doesnt show this, but you get the gist!!

This is more paper - Kraft Kuts from Fancy Pants that I purchased from Crafty Tart... I have sat here over the weekend doing two layout and finished it off with two cards.. all from the same range... so keep an eye out over the next few days as I post them.

My Krafty house........

This is part of my stash from Crafty Tart. The house was amazingly easy to put together and such fun. I used Fancy Pants - On A Whimsy and Kraft Cuts.
The little roof lifts off, untie the ribbon and hey presto... house opens up.

Saturday Challenge - DT Call

Hello, I have managed so far to catch up with a couple friends, finish little house and SB layout I got from Crafty Tart (sorry Kate you will have to wait until tomorrow) and also decided to throw in my hat for a DT call at Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge (shaped cards). Being on a DT has always been on my wish list from the start of my crafting journey.. so fingers crossed.

Splashing Maggie

Loved doing this card. My creative juices are flowing, have just come back from shouting hubby and kids tea, had my hair cut short and blonde... so blonde that it put a twinkle in hubbies eyes!!! MMMMmmmm if I get that reaction I might have to go really really blonde next time!!LOL. Only disappointment today was my scrapbooking class goodies only arrived today... Ekkk and class is tomorrow.. have had to postpone it till next weekend.

PTW challenge

Guess what Im getting for mothers day..... Copics!!! Just had Denise here and told her to SNEAK down to the other room and prise some money of hubby for mothers day from the kids.... it worked!!!! hehehe (evil laughter), now all I have to do is double it and I will get a nice little stash!!!

Goodie Bag

Here is a goodie bag that I have made for one lucky person when myself and a few local demos get together next month at the community centre. SU Designer paper.. yep paper addict!!!!

I dont know if I should admit this but since I have been able to get my hands on the ds paper this month, I have gone through 3 packs..... Yummy paper and flowers are my biggest weakness... I cant get enough of them!

Anyway, this sketch is done for JC and BC challenge.

Family - Kaiser Castle.

This is the beauty that got sealed by Marise about 8 months ago, I covered it with patterned paper about 5 months ago and finally unearthed it last weekend and finished it off.!! Good things take time!!! I love how it turned out.

Wedding Card

Had to whip up a card for my friend whos going to a wedding this weekend. Wanted to do simple elegant.. not sure about the elegant but certainly simple!!! LOL

Busy crafting weekend...phew!!!

I have had a great weekend, probably the best creative weekend Ive had in a long time. Only one card let me down which I wasn't happy with at all and that's this one for the Colour Throwdown Challenge.... but hey that happens when you have done 2 photo boards, layout, castle, wedding candles, and wedding card!!!

Cleaning Up?????

Interesting challenge at WOJ this challenge. .. Black, White and one accent colour... my daughter was stumped as to why I wasnt using heaps of colour like I normally do!!!


I had all good intentions yesterday of giving my craft room a good clean up.... started on the top shelve with a box... and found two photo boards that I had bought for the kids rooms last year at SENZ!!! so my distraction began.... finished one (I'll show both in a later post), then thought...mmm I feel like doing a scrapbook page... done that... then oh well mose well finish of that castle from Kaiser... hence the bottom photo I woke up too this morning!!!!... Still have two pages of castle today.. so I guess I will wade my way through the mess and finish it.. after all... I DO need all that stuff!!!

Class photos

Just finished the third class for this project.. Everyone loved it... Envelope box with 3 enve's and 3 cards, using new DS paper from Stampin' Up! yum yum, and Enjoy Life stamp set. Here is some photos of this mornings class.
