Yep another stamped of image that has been waiting to get coloured up!! I seem to be working my way through these neglected images every weekend now that the weather is turning colder and I don't feel so bad about not getting outside in the garden!
I think this may be my favourite WnW image called Tiny Dancer. I have been good and trying to using up all my scrap papers, so my new Marian Dies from Bunny Zoes have come in handy for our Wags n Whiskers challenge - Use dies or punches. Jump on over and see what the talented DT have made.
Another week has flown by... and I hope you are all enjoying this long weekend over Easter. This week at Sassy Cheryls Challenge we want you to be inspired by "the great outdoors". I have chosen a new image called String of Spring. Its anything but over here.. in fact we are heading into winter....brrrrr. Hope you all stop eating Easter eggs enough to come and play along!
I decided to have a play with this image (which is a set) called Floral Perfume from Digi Design House. The shading on the bottle and rose make it super easy to colour. Don't forget the challenge we have running over at DDH challenge blog " Paper Piecing", jump on over and give it a go.

Here is another stamped off image that has been sorely neglected. I am on a tidy up binge this weekend and colouring in images that have been sitting around for months! Bee is sitting next to me and has made about 8 cards to my one (that's the attention span of an 8 yr old).
Its Friday arvo here and its so peaceful (which isn't normal for my house!) Hubby at work, stat holiday for me, and one child down.... ahhh bliss.
This fortnights challenge over at Southern Girls is to use colours blue and green. Once again the DT have out done themselves and showcased amazing projects. Imagine how happy I was when I got asked to be a GDT on the challenge blog A Spoon Full of Sugar! I got started the day I was asked... so have been sitting on this card for a while...(well now it is in Zoe's craft room over in Australia!). My brief for being a GDT was to create a "Lets Celebrate" card. Hope you like it!!

Anyone who knows me, knows I LOVE to paper piece my projects! When I used to run classes.. you would hear moans and groans every time the ladies found out they had to cut out images! So... when this fortnights challenge for Digi Design House was paper piecing, I hunted out an image that I wanted to cut up.... I think this image called Promise Me Bear fitted the bill perfectly! Sun is shining, there are a million other jobs I should be doing... instead I find myself looking through all my images I have stamped of in the past few years.... making myself use them! There seems to be a number of awesome sketches put out today... so for this card I have followed the sketch over at The Sweet Stop. Another challenge I am entering in is Crafty Emma - Children.... right... I better get some baking done for the school lunches.
I tend to keep away from "boys" cards, but who could resist this lanky lad! I made this card while watching sport with hubby last night (yawn!!) I am going to enter in.... I managed to get this card made today for Debs Creations challenge "distressing"... which in itself is a minor miracle that I can find anything in my mess! I loved doing this card, playing around with one of Debs Emerald Faeries, and my dies.
Over at Wags n Whiskers this fortnight we want you to add Ribbon and Lace. I have used one of the WnW fairy's, lace from Wild Orchid Crafts and a leave ribbon up beside the lace. There was an amazing amount of entries last fortnight, lets see if we can get the same this round!
