Delicious Doodles - Texture

Hello.. are you ready for another challenge at Delicious Doodles. This challenge this fortnight is "Texture". I have a new resolution...I am committing myself to using up all the paper I have hoarded over the last few years.... so that when I go to SENZ papercraft expo this July I can happily buy more paper without getting a case of the guilt's! I know I haven't posted a card for a few days, I have been really tied up... But... I have this to share... My girl getting a couple cups last night at club presentations. Very very proud moment... makes all the traveling to swim meets and early mornings well worth it... oh... and the last picture is of her wonderful coach!

New Job, New Home, New Location

One of my close friends has moved away.. so I made this card for her, lucky for me she is only an hour away, so I still get to catch up with her. I found this house template at Kalsbeek, so of course I had to have a play!! And look.... no stamped images, DP paper or flowers!!!!

Quick post today. Here is another card made for a local shop in Taranaki, "Jackies Scrapbooking" in Inglewood, for her to display. Any Taranaki ladies reading this... head there! Jackie has in stock some super cute stamps called Molly Bloom.

Southern Girls DT Call

Hard to believe that 6 months has nearly passed since our last call.
We are on the hunt for a few more DT Members to join our happy little group.  If you think you may be interested, check out the following info..........

We are an open blog so any type of paper crafters can apply.  

We are a fortnightly challenge and the team is split into 2 groups so  you are only required to do 1 project per month.

We have lots of fabulous sponsors and they give us images to work with (YAY). So check our sponsor list and if these companies are your thing FANTASTIC.  If you are a scrapbooker or OTP artist you will not need to work with the images unless you want to.

We are pretty chatty, about loads of stuff not just crafting, so be prepared to work those fingers in our group message center.

You will need a blog.

Sail away, sail away, sail away by Enya!!!

Har har me hearties...are you all ready for another challenge at Delicious Doodles. This challenge this fortnight is "Music to sooth the soul". I thought and thought about this one and I have a music disc by Enya that I used to thrash, and on that disc is a song called sail away... still love it to this day! I have used 3 of Teri's images for this card - Pirate Polly, Skull & Crossbones and Treasure Map.
