Artfull Crafts - Butterfly Kisses

Welcome.. today I have a card to show you using the new Kaisercraft collection - Butterfly Kisses.
If you love bright bold colours, then this collection is for you! It has a bright, hot, summery feel to it that just cries out for fun cards and layouts. So this is what I made.

I used my 6x6 Butterfly Kisses pad that Liz sent me, along with the Butterfly Kisses chipboard

Just because you have a square base as your card, doesn't mean to say that you have to stick within it. I also liked the sheet of paper which had butterflies printed on it... so out came the scissors!

And below is a close up of the Saturated Canary image using copic markers.

Puppy sitting Bella

Ok, so who knew puppy sitting is such a time waster... in a good way! I have done nothing this weekend apart from run around for this little madam.... and loved it... now that she has settled down and those AA batteries up her backside are running out. Phew talk about full on.... second night tonight and then her mum is coming to pick her up at 6.30am on her way home from work.... after getting over the initial shock of having a puppy in the house, I am getting quite used to the idea that santa might bring one... watch this space!

Something a little different

Ok, so I dont really scrapbook, but I have taken the plunge and in an effort to tidy up the boxes of photos I have started a Becky Higgins album. I am not really sure where to start, which pile, or which girl to start on.. so in the meantime I have started on our holiday pictures from last year. When I do scrapbook I love lots of flowers, but these photos just didnt call for them so instead I used some chipboard from Make It Crafty and my paper is from Artfull Crafts - Ruby Rock It
