Bee Arty - Wonderful

                                                                   Hello Bee Arty Fans

I'm back again to show you one of the newer stamps called Wonderful making a card and tag

Now bit of a confession here, I got so carried away colouring and making this project that I forgot to take photos... so only have a few to share!

I stamped off a few times as I like to layer my cards

The colouring started... and the memory for taking photos stopped!

Made a base for a tag and layered a card using Trendsetter paper

Have a great week

Faith Pocock - Letter Holder (converted into stamp holder!)

Hi crafty people, as promised here is another storage solution for your craft table, if you want to have a tidy up and get  bit more organized like me

Today I am sharing a Letter Holder from Faith Pocock Studio

Once I sorted out in my head the panels, bottom, sides and back I was ready to figure out what paper I wanted.
For all my storage I am making up, as much as I would love to add embellishments to them I really want to keep it all very minimal

I used Mod Podge to glue on paper from Stamperia

Fussy cut a couple of lovely girls to glue to the sides. Even though once placed on my table and you wont see them, I will always have the option to swap my storage around and this may end up on the end of the table or somewhere else.

I distressed around the edges and glued together

For anyone who has been in my messy craft room will know that I have a heap of stamps. Most I don't use anymore and cant part with, an d some I want to use but cant find.... so guess what... Letter holder has now become a stamp holder for those yummy stamps that I will use on my journals

Next fortnight I have super big project to share that will hold more goodies

Until then, happy crafting

Bee Arty - Free Spirit

                                                                  Hello Bee Arty Fans

Today I have created a card using no stamps. Just paper and a little ink

I have already made a card using this collection from Bee Arty called Follow your Dreams fussy cut sheet, it lends itself to so many possibilities as there are plenty of elements to use

I selected and fussy cut 4 butterflies.

Then because I like to use up my stash and mix and match collections I picked out some background paper from Untangle collection

Layered up the card and picked which butterflies I wanted and placement of them

Inked up with copics and layer on top of each other

Glued everything down with my favorite all time glue... Art Glitter glue

Hope this card has encouraged you to use your stash as Im sure you all have paper laying around like me!

Until next time
Happy crafting

Faith Pocock - Edith Holden Drawers

Morning fellow crafters, I am hooked on Faith Pocock Studio MDF storage drawers and anything really where I can get a bit of tidiness in my craftroom... so today I am sharing a 6 set of drawers.

As always, its very important to lay everything out, luckily these are simple to make, but its not always the case.

Next I glued all the drawers together

I then lay the back down and glued the bottom and middle section on, followed by the two middle pieces the finally the top. While the glue was still wet and plyable I added the sides into place.

I had an old paper pad laying around so picked a muted colour for background and distressed the edges as I had an idea on what picture I wanted and needed that to be the focal point

Yup - good old Edith Holden, I have 3 of these books now stashed away, so have no issue cutting her images up

Fussy cut the bird out, she fits perfectly, the hardest part was cutting her to fit 5 drawers!

After deciding what I wanted to store in the drawers I placed labels to finish it of

And here she is I LOVE this little unit.... and plan on adding more to the collection, such handy little storage units that sit in front of my desk within arms reach when doing art journals and junk journals.

If you look carefully I have another project to show you in a couple weeks ;-)
Until then, happy crafting
